Return Policy

You are given a generous 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its unused, unopened state, exactly as you received it.

Return Form: Download and complete the return form available on our site. This form must be included in your return package.
For Defective Products: Clearly detail the defect, any incorrect items received, or shipping damages on the form.
For Customer Remorse: If the product didn’t match your expectations or wasn’t as you anticipated, please note this on the form.

Returns will only be accepted for products that are new and in their original condition, including the original packaging.

To simplify the process, we do not impose restocking fees. You will be refunded the full product price.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.

Inspection: All returns undergo inspection upon receipt.
Refund Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in USD.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges.
Return Shipping: Returns must be mailed back to us.
Refund Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Currency: All transactions and refunds are conducted in USD. Your bank or credit card issuer will convert the refund to your local currency.
Return Label: The return label can be downloaded and printed from our website.
